Any message containing offensive language, hate speech, abusive content, or threats will not be processed. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and a refund issued, subject to a deduction for the applicable service fee.

Accuracy of Content

Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all spelling and wording prior to completing a purchase. Amendments may be possible before dispatch; however, once an item has been shipped, no changes can be made.

Payment Terms

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or dispatched until full payment has been received.
