Processing & Dispatch Times
- All orders are processed within two working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Method & Timeframes
- Orders are sent via Royal Mail.
- Standard delivery typically takes up to five working days from dispatch.
This timeframe allows for seasonal peaks, postal delays, and busy periods.
Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on order size or destination within the UK.
Delayed or Missing Orders If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch:
- Please contact us with your order number.
- We’ll investigate with the postal service and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
🔄 Returns & Refunds Returns Eligibility As our products are personalised and made-to-order greetings cards, returns are generally not accepted unless:
- The item arrives damaged
- The wrong item was sent
- There is a printing or production error
For non‑personalised items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and a photo of the issue
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
